Community Airport Partnership (CAP) Program
The Ministry’s Community Airport Partnership (CAP) Program is designed to provide capital contributions to rehabilitate and upgrade the network of strategic regional community airports. Since the program began in 2007, the government has invested $5.7 million in 36 different community airports in Saskatchewan.
Eligible applicants and airports
Eligible applicants include regionally focused municipal or community owned airports that demonstrate their projects will contribute to the economic and social development of the region its airport serves.
